Announcing "tgthr": Reimagining Digital Social Networking to Prioritize User Well-Being

Kansas City, MO – December 12, 2024

Soulingo, LLC is proud to announce its forthcoming launch of "tgthr," an innovative social networking tool built using humane tech design principles. Set to release in January, tgthr was developed in response to research linking the declining mental health of Gen Z, now aged 12 to 27, to their over-exposure to the content and design of some social media platforms.

The Vision Behind tgthr

"We think any tool with the power to reach into the minds of millions of people, particularly younger generations, should be, at a minimum, non-harming,” said Laurel Wallerstedt, Founder and CEO of Soulingo, LLC. “As a society, we must prioritize the psychological, emotional, and cognitive well-being of Gen Z and future generations. We’ve designed a tool that emphasizes relationship care, preservation of self-worth, and an inspirational view of the world.”

Our Commitment

tgthr is built to help users visualize the positive bonds of humanity and facilitate online interaction without a negative emotional surcharge. Soulingo, LLC, is a for-profit social enterprise based in the Kansas City area seeking to model responsible business practices that respect its customers (users), employees, contractors, vendors, community, investors and the natural environment.
